Cancelling the SMS Information Service

If you wish to cancel the SMS Information Service, please enter the following information for the flight for which the SMS Information Service has been activated. Once the service is cancelled, it cannot be re-activated for the given flight. Cancellation is only possible for flights where more than 24 hours remains until departure.

Information for OK Plus members: This only cancels the service for the given flight. To cancel the service entirely, go to member profile on the website of the OK Plus Frequent Flyer Programme, link: www.ok-plus.com.
